Hi, welcome to my site.  My name is Keller Medlin and I won’t be talking in 3rd person when I’m talking about myself. I was born in Washington D.C, moved to Nashville, went to school in New Orleans, and now I live in San Francisco.

The story on my name goes like this: Since all the good names like John, George, and Theo Ratliff were taken, my parents decided to name me Keller after a good friend’s boyfriend’s middle name.  I’ve yet to meet this mysterious boyfriend who I’m named after, but I’m assuming he’s an incredible Chinese checkers player like me.

My junior year of college I developed an intense interest in producing music.  I bought a keyboard and began making music using the software Reason.  At first I just did it for fun and as a relaxing hobby, but later as I improved my skill I considered producing as a career and decided to start pursuing music more seriously.  During the summer after my junior year a good friend of mine who also enjoys production and I decided to produce a CD of instrumentals. I was also interning at a music publishing company and taking summer classes which made that summer very productive (not as productive as that summer when I was 7 and I beat Super Mario Bros. 3 before anyone in the neighborhood).

Now I’m in San Francisco and am enjoying living and working in the city.  I plan to keep making music and am excited about what the future holds.  I’d love the chance to work with new people so please feel free to contact me if you make music.  I mostly produce Hip-hop, R&B, Pop, and Electronic instrumentals, but would definitely work on any type of music if given the opportunity.
